CardBiller is actively recruiting Account Executives. This is a unique opportunity to join a payments company at inception. Account Executives provide payment processing solutions to small business customers, grow and maintain that book of business, and have uncapped earning potential.   • Ability to work independently with support, but not closely supervised

  • Basic MS Office skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint


What You’ll Do:



  • Introduce CardBiller solutions to potential new business customers across multiple industries – retail, hospitality, professional services, etc. in person or by phone

  • Meet with prospective merchants and explain the type of services or products we offer

  • Develop a list of prospects from resource materials and local marketing events

  • Run scheduled appointments daily

  • Be accountable and communicate well with prospective clients

  • Explain the economics of a prospect’s current payment solution with the support of analytical tools and Statement Analysts

  • Propose new solutions with an emphasis on fairness and transparency

  • Prepare applications and collect relevant documents for submission to Underwriting and Implementation to finalize the sales process

  • Negotiate pricing with customers within the established guidelines

  • Work and communicate with your Sales Manager to close sales

  • Acquire new merchant accounts and maintain and grow existing client portfolio

  • Become a liaison between the merchant and Head Office during the signup process

  • Develop strategy for selling merchant service products

  • May Cross-sell other products depending upon customer needs and profile
